Challenge: How can we make e5 fashion more relevant to the target audience we are not reaching today?

And ensure that e5 fashion becomes one of their regular shopping addresses?

Idea: We created a strategy focused on recruitment of new users by modernizing the brand ID, increasing the fashion credentials and making the brand relevant again by implementing a new positioning as “ageless” multibrand  fashion store.  The new style campaign was translated in an omnichannel approach.
